About ARC Education Consultancy
ARC Education Consultancy exists to close a gap that has been hiding in plain sight.
Manitoba's schools and its business and post-secondary sectors have long operated in parallel, each preparing for a shared future, but rarely in direct conversation with one another. ARC was founded in 2025 to change that. We connect classrooms to careers by partnering educators with the industries that depend on the next generation of skilled workers, translating real-world need into practical, future-focused learning.
The result: students who graduate ready for actual opportunities, not a version of the workforce that no longer exists.
How We Work
ARC operates through a collaborative design model, bringing together experienced educators, curriculum specialists, and industry professionals on a project basis. Rather than maintaining a fixed internal team, we assemble the right contributors for each engagement, matching subject-matter expertise, sector knowledge, and pedagogical experience to the specific needs of every client.
ARC was built by educators who understand both sides of the gap, what it means to stand in a classroom and what it means to hear from employers and post-secondary institutions that students aren't arriving prepared.
Our work spans curriculum design, career-connected learning frameworks, industry partnership development, and professional learning for educators navigating the space between school and sector. We work with schools, divisions, industry partners, and post-secondary institutions across Manitoba to design learning experiences that are relevant.

Manitoba's workforce needs are evolving - in trades, technology, healthcare, agriculture, business, and beyond. The classroom is one of the most powerful tools available to meet them.
